July 2007’s data from the Savills Commercial Development PMI® survey signaled a marked expansion of total commercial property activity. Developers indicated that a sharp rise in work on private sector projects had been the principal driver of overall growth.Commercial construction firms reported growth in seven of the nine areas of activity monitored in July, with expansion strongest for private sector office space UK activity. With the prices of London Office Space continuing to increase, leasing office space is becoming ever more popular.
